FAQ:

1. Can I return my shirt/hoodie?
Yes, if it is unwashed and unworn any shirt can be returned for an exchange or refund. Please email us and let us know that you will be returning the item. If you would like to exchange, let us know the new size so we can set it aside for you. Email:info@crystalcityclothing.com

3. Will the shirts shrink?
We use American Apparel which is 100% cotton, if you wash/dry on hot it will shrink an entire size.  If when you receive your item it fits perfectly, we suggest washing inside out on cold and either hang dry or tumble dry low.

4. Do you sell wholesale to stores and boutiques?
Yes! There are two options. We offer some older designs wholesale through MerchDirect, you can sign up for an account with them here:MerchDirect Wholesale OR email us to find out how to order our newer items directly from us. wholesale@crystalcityclothing.com

5. Do you ship internationally?
You betcha! We ship to almost anywhere and for very cheap, too. To calculate your shipping costs, please put the desired items in your cart and enter your shipping information. You will see your shipping costs before you have to enter any credit card information.

6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
More often than not you will receive your order in 3 days to a week.  However, please allow 2 weeks for some packages to arrive before contacting us.  International orders generally take a week to arrive, but can take up to 3 weeks due to occasional custom complications.

7. How much is international shipping?
Please place the items you would like in your cart and proceed to checkout, this will give you an exact amount for shipping. Be sure to read the information above the shipping selection about international orders.

8. Do you accept check or money order or paypal?
Yes, we accept Paypal and credit cards. For a check or money order, please email us info@crystalcityclothing.com

9. I'm starting a clothing company, what is your advice?
We get asked this question a lot. The best advice we can give you is to do something that has never been done before. Start something that is unique. Starting your own company is a LOT of work. Be prepared to spend countless evenings and weekends dedicated to your business where you just want to tear your hair out. Also, owning your own business makes it difficult to have leisure time or go away on vacations! However, it is also fantastic!!! Give it a shot, if it is right for you.. you will know. It also requires a bit of start-up cash. So start saving!

10. Will you sponsor my band?
Sadly, we aren't quite a big enough company to sponsor bands. We would love to give away a bunch of our items, but then we wouldn't be able to afford our website. You see the problem.

11. There is an extra charge on my credit card, what do I do and how did that happen?
Email or call us immediately and we will charge back the second charge. phone#503-477-5928 or info@crystalcityclothing.com. This only happens when you accidentally click on "process order" twice. If you entered some incorrect information, it won't fully process the order, but it will charge your card. Please contact us if you think you clicked twice. We can view the credit card charges as they happen, so we can fix things right away.
